Rainy day at Starbucks / スタバで過ごす雨の日

It's been raining since last late night.
There are many rainy days this year.
When I was heading to Starbucks I just noticed that 
this rain might be snow if it was usual winter. 
Definitely it's true!


I thought snowing was better than raining because I can 
walk outside without an umbrella. 
My coats don't get wet easily (That's what I like).
So, I didn't use it for past 3 or 4 winter seasons.
But now I like this kind of warm winter. Warmer is better!
I can still ride a bike.

マスタークレンズ♪／Master Cleanse, Lemonade Cleanse

It was popular a few years ago.
I've never tried that one but I just got that lemonade from my friend.
Well, I've been eating a lot this holly day season.
Who can do that in proper way right now? 
Okay, I didn't want to waste this lemonade, I decided to do it half:)
Eat less, drink lemonade instead of dinner, like that.
The light bottle is salt water for salt flash.
The salt flash was amazing. 
I felt kind of nice.


ソルトフラッシュはすごかった！
いわゆる生理食塩水を約１リットル飲むの。
30分は何も起こらなくて、余分な塩分摂っちゃったんじゃないの!?なんて
思ったその後に！
ちょうど10回トイレに行きました:)　完璧!!
身体が吸収しないで、直で出るってすごくない!?
でもなんであんなにsalt waterはまずいんだろ。

バターもオイルも使わないクッキー♪／No Butter, No Oil, Little Sugar Cookies for Breakfast

ココナッツ、オーツ、バナナにクランベリー、くるみなど。

小麦ふすまも入ってるっけ。

それぞれみんながすごくいいところを全部出してくれてる感満載♫

アメリカ的な生活の朝には、とってもぴったりなクッキー。

バターも、植物性のオイルも使っていません。

それぞれの食感が全然違うから、食べごたえもあり、

それぞれの食材の味が時間差でせめて来る感じ;)です。

ああ、朝からおいしいって幸せ♫

I didn't even think of baking cookies without butter when I was in Japan.

I actually baked something without butter and oil for my doggies! 

But not for human lol.

Anyways, these are so good.

レインブーツを買った♪／Got a Pair of Rainboots

Those are so pretty:)

Inside of boot is lined with velvet like material. Perfect.

We need rain boots for winter for sure.

UGG, I know they are huge popular, but they don't work for snowy days at all.

I don't want my toes and feet to get wet. Lots of girls are wearing rainboots 

during winter to keep their feet warm and dry. 

Oh wait, hunter is still popular as you know.

チーズケーキバー♪／Cheesecake bar

チーズが倍はなくちゃいけなかっただろうけど;)

お砂糖を随分控えて、ライムたっぷりのCheesecake barは

私の好きな味になってた♪

薄いからあっという間にできました。

It wasn't a easy choice. 

Pumpkin pie or Cheesecake bar.

I was at a grocery store holding a can of pumpkin and 

a package of cream cheese.

Well, I just felt more creamy.

By the way, many people don't like Pumpkin pie here. 

I like it. I think I like the spices a lot that are used for the pie like

cinnamon, clove and nutmeg.
