マスタークレンズはどうなった？／How's Master Cleanse going on?

あのレモネードはおいしすぎ！
すごくやさしいレモネードの後のパンチあるカイエンヌペッパーにやられまくり。
これ、冷蔵庫に常駐決まりでしょ！


で、飲み過ぎちゃった！
少なめのランチだったけど、夜にはレモネードもなく:( 
普通にディナーを食べましたlol
こっちのホリデーシーズンが終わったら絶対マスタークレンズやってみたいと思う♪
体内をきれいにするのが目的です。
内蔵の休暇、といったところでしょうか。


This Lemonade tastes fantastic!
I'm a fun of Lemonade. Especially pink lemonade makes me happy.
(You know what I mean, girls!)
I'm sure that Cayenne papper makes this lemonade more passionate and
maple syrop's sweetness is very diffrent from fractose or regular sugar.
Simply I love it!


なんだか、ラズベリーのレモネードが流行ってる気がする。
よく見ます:)

日本ではレモネードダイエットって呼ぶ方が主流かなあ。

どうなんだろ。

 

マスタークレンズ♪／Master Cleanse, Lemonade Cleanse

It was popular a few years ago.
I've never tried that one but I just got that lemonade from my friend.
Well, I've been eating a lot this holly day season.
Who can do that in proper way right now? 
Okay, I didn't want to waste this lemonade, I decided to do it half:)
Eat less, drink lemonade instead of dinner, like that.
The light bottle is salt water for salt flash.
The salt flash was amazing. 
I felt kind of nice.


ソルトフラッシュはすごかった！
いわゆる生理食塩水を約１リットル飲むの。
30分は何も起こらなくて、余分な塩分摂っちゃったんじゃないの!?なんて
思ったその後に！
ちょうど10回トイレに行きました:)　完璧!!
身体が吸収しないで、直で出るってすごくない!?
でもなんであんなにsalt waterはまずいんだろ。
